When is Stella’s release date?
Stella is already deployed at pilot stores in California.
Stella’s broader availability is later this year in select areas.

How does Stella make me money?
Stella is an expert salesperson for cheap.
Stella up-sells customers on more premium items. For example, if a customer has a generic $40 pair of shoes in their cart, she’ll mention that the brand-name shoes are discounted this week.
She also cross-sells items. For example, if a customer walks by her with a shoebox, she’ll mention that socks are on sale too.
Finally, she saves hours of employee time a week by answering customer questions. She even summarizes all her findings into a daily report so you can gain insights into common questions and see snippets of customer interactions!
Why should I pre-order?
We have limited production capacity and are deploying to store owners on a first-come, first-served basis. Your pre-order holds your spot in line.

Yes. Pricing includes delivery, installation, and basic training.
Can I teach Stella like I would teach a human?
Yes. That’s what manager instructions are (unlimited on Stella Standard and up plans). Stella only gets smarter over time.
Does Stella speak multiple languages?
Yes! Stella can speak with customers in languages that none of your employees may know.
Can I hire multiple Stella’s?
Yes. We recommend enough Stationary Stellas or Mobile Stellas to ensure that Stella has a chance to speak with all customers.
Can I fire Stella anytime?
Yes, after her first month. We’ll come pick her up and find her another gig!
What’s the catch? How is Stella cheaper than coffee?
Stella’s low cost is made possible by advancements in hardware, software, and AI. We want as many store owners as possible to hire Stella.
